odls / odalis - the open data linking system - is a Portal-Framework
based on PHP/mySQL.
odls is completely modular and provides a plugin-api.

odls is beeing developed since 1999 by Martin Butz, Christoph Siefer, Uli Fouquet and other developers. By the time we have version 2.1 as the current, stable release.
